Report from Annual General Meeting April 2016

FEP Annual General Meeting was held on 28th April 2016. A small but appreciative audience of members and non-members gathered to hear Councillor Julian German speak about some of the positive actions that had been taken by Cornwall Council recently and to share pertinent information about the Roseland Neighbourhood Plan, which can be viewed here. Then Lindsay Southcombe from Truro Renewable Energy Enterprise (TREE) reported on the Open Green Homes project, reflecting on the success of the events and learning points. Finally Chris Jones and Andy Stott from Transition Ladock outlined the work they have done with the Low Carbon Ladock project and the thermal imaging project. Further information about this can be found here.

In the Chairman’s Report, Charmian Larke thanked the out-going Chairman Nigel Murray, who has now returned to New Zealand, for his steady and calm influence and wished him well.
